Good to know. Every bath and brush is booked as a full groom, so there is time set aside in case a groom turns out to be needed because of matting.

For the health, happiness, and safety of all dog companions, we hold high standards for vaccinations, socialization adjustment, and neutering policies.
1. Adjustment Phase
Before boarding stays, we require 3 full days of daycare. This helps pups adjust to the routine, get comfortable with the handlers, and realize their owners always return.
2. Spay/Neuter Policy
To maintain a safe open-play environment, all dogs older than 7 months of age must be spayed or neutered. Intact adult dog hormones can disrupt pack dynamics.
